Terms & Conditions

Holidays in Italy acts entirely as a booking agent on behalf of the Owner of the accommodation. Once the holiday reservation has been confirmed, the contract is between the Renter and the Owner of the holiday property.

RESERVATIONS

Please contact us to confirm availability. Once the availability is established the reservation will be maid upon receipt of a non refundable 30% deposit of the total holiday’s cost together with a booking form sign by the renters who must be over 18 years old.

For late bookings (less than four weeks before arrival) the full payment must be made immediately.

PAYMENT

Payment of the remaining balance must be settled eight weeks before the date you are due to arrive.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable security deposit of €250 must be paid to the owner or the key holder of the property upon check in.

DAMAGES

The Renter is responsible on keeping the premises and all the furniture in the same state and condition as at the start of the holiday. Any loss or damage to the property by the Renter will be deducted by the owner from the Security Deposit.

PRICE

Prices are based on the weekly basis commencing on Saturday till Saturday. Rate are inclusive of cooking gas, electricity, linen and towels.  Heating is not always included.

LINEN

A basic supply of linen is provided in each property. Bed linen and bath towels are not changed during your stay. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of the booking cancellation the owner of the property shall be entitled to deduct as follows: 

More than 56 days: 30% of the total amount

30-55 days before: 50% of the total amount

15-29 days before: 80% of the total amount

Less than 14 days before: 100% of the total amount

Cancellations are to be made in writing (registered letter or fax confirmed by a letter or e-mail). 

CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right up to four weeks in advance to cancel any booking already made. In this event we will refund any sums you have paid for the accommodation only or offer an alternative holiday. Any difference in prices will be refunded accordingly.

NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF GUESTS

The client will inform Paradiseinitaly of the number of guests included within the booking.  Unless otherwise agreed by Paradiseinitaly only the number of people indicated in the booking form by the client will be authorized to use the property.  The number of people who may use the property must not exceed the number on the booking form. 

PETS

Pets are only allowed where permission has specifically been granted.  In the event of any infringement of the obligations, Paradiseinitaly will be entitled to request the client to leave the property, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.

ARRIVAL

The check in time is at 17:00. If you require an earlier check in, please advise us in advance so we might be able to make the necessary arrangements.

CHECK OUT

The check out time is at 10:30. Should you require later or earlier departure, please inform us upon your arrival in order to make the necessary arrangements.

LIABILITIES

Paradiseinitaly nor the owner of the property cannot be held responsible for any events caused by a natural disasters or personal accidents.

Paradiseinitaly cannot be held responsible for any misleading descriptions and photographs provided by the property owner.

COMPLAINTS

Please report any malfunctioning equipment or damages as soon as possible to the owner or his representative.  Every effort will be made to solve the problem immediately. A problem cannot be resolved unless details are made known as soon as it is encountered.  If the Renter has not followed the procedure as above, then no liability for any claim will be accepted.

DISPUTE

Any dispute between the parties shall be settled according to the Italian Low.
