“The Acacie” is dip into beautiful & natural scenery of the Sibillini Mountain; it lies on a hill from which you can admire the wonderful landscape from about 500m above the sea level.

It is a 2 storey house, fully furnished to a high standard of the owners’ taste. It has 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 twin).There are 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom. It also has 2 combined living/dining rooms, one on each floor and each with a fireplace.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, espresso machine, electric steak cooker and a microwave, providing all the comfort you need to prepare a perfect meal.

Outside there is a very large porch with wooden oven & stone built barbecue. There is a second cooker/oven in the adjacent building, with a tennis table on the first floor and a large room which can be use as a garage on a ground floor.

The garden is approx.8000 sq/m including a fruit garden. The entire property is fenced & all surrounded by vineyard, sunflower and wheat cultivations. There is a new built outdoor swimming pool (12m x 6m).

Nearby “Le Acacie” there are small, fascinating towns of Urbisaglia and San Ginesio , both known for their historic and artistic heritage with a beautiful Abbey of Fiastra in Urbisaglia. Two other cities of importance for Renaissance art of the Marche are Camerino and San Severino, along with a nearby Tolentino with its basilica of Saint Nicola.

The house is 20 km from Macerata, famous for its opera season during the summer. Urbino is a must for the tourists in search of great Italian art and architecture and its beguiling streets.

3 Km from the house, on the hill lays the small village of Serrapetrona, very well known for its 'Vernaccia' where in the summer take place various festivals.

For those who wish to spend a day on the beach, it takes just 30/40 minutes drive to reach the Adriatic Coast, where you will find several seaside resorts, like Civitanova Marche, Porto Recanati and Numana with its bars and disco’s. Once on the coast do not miss Loreto and its Basilica.
